If a greeting card was sent to you as an attached file and you don't know how to open it, find your mail program in the table below and apply appropriate instructions to the notification you received. Note: you should be connected to the Internet not only downloading but also opening your card! (just be connected, don't go anywhere)

web-based mails (HotMail, Yahoo Mail, Excite Mail) Even if your mail displays attachments inline below the message, open your card through the attachment link at the bottom of the inbox; otherwise the card may differ from what the sender created. WebTV Scroll down to the bottom of the notification you received and hit the attachment button. AOL Open the notification in the mailbox and click the Download Now button at the bottom of the window. To open downloaded card click My Files at the top of the window, go to Download Manager, Show Files Downloaded and double-click ze-card.html Make sure you are on-line before you open your card! CompuServe Open the notification in the mailbox, click the Download Now button, remember the folder to which you download the file and click Save. MS Outlook Express & MS Internet Mail Click the notification in the messages list to select it, then click the attachment icon (paperclip) on the message status bar (below the list) and then click 'ze-card.html'. You'll be asked whether to open the file or save it to disk; make your choice. If you choose to open the card it will be opened in your default browser. Netscape Messenger & Netscape Mail Click the attachment link at the bottom of the notification. On Netscape Messenger the link's name is 'ze-card.html', on Netscape Mail it is named 'Part1.2'. Additional note for AOL and CompuServe users and those who preferred to save the card to the disk: The ze-card.html file you downloaded is an ordinary HTML file. So you can open it in any way you usually use to open such files. For instance, you can click File (not My Files!) on your browser's main menu, choose Open, find the ze-card.html file on your disk and double-click it. Make sure you are connected to the Internet BEFORE you try to open your card.   If your mail program is not listed above and none of these instructions is suitable to you please consult your program help documentation or contact us at help@ze-card.com Please be as much descriptive as you can. If you write just 'cannot open my card' most likely you'll receive the same directions you see on these page.
